Returning Message To Sender

On Saturday I received “returning message to sender” stating:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address failed:

  • cllrc.davie@lincolnshire.gov.uk“:
SMTP error from remote server in greeting:
    host: lccmail.lincolnshire.gov.uk:

Minutes late I sent an email via a different email address. Councillor Davie read receipted within minutes. So the mailbox is clearly available.

As such I can only conclude that Lincolnshire County Council have illegally blocked my email address to these four accounts.

Today I have sent an email using my original address and all is well. I have sent a complaint to Lincolnshire County Council asking for a full explanation.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
As per the post could I please register a complaint with Lincolnshire County Council for what appears to be the illegal blocking of my email address and in addition request a full explanation.
Kindest Regards,
Andy Strangeway
