LCC Deny Me The Right To My Belief

As the byelaw restricting overnight parking on Huttoft Car Terrace prevents me carrying out my belief I made a to request to Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) for permission to be able to carry out my belief at Huttoft Car Terrace at night in my car. LCC responded by stating:

My Belief

As this clearly breaches my Human Rights to practise my belief I have submitted a complaint to LCC. In addition I object to LCC requesting that I leave the area in the morning as I have a legal right to be there and I have registered a complaint regards this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the post as this clearly breaches my Human Rights to practise my belief I would like to submit a complaint to LCC. In addition I object to LCC requesting that I leave the area in the morning as I have a legal right to be there and I would like to register a complaint regards this.
