As a direct result of my raising the issue of the Huttoft Sex Ring I am pleased to report that East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) have finally removed the vile graffti and plugged the holes.
You do not need to be a tradesman to realise that the holes could be easily re-opened by a 7 year old with his trusted Swiss Army knife. Why is the hole plugging only a temporary measure?
Why did it take the intervention of a Yorkshireman living over 90 miles away to raise this issue? If this was to happen in my village the issue would be dealt with within 24 hours and the Police would be carrying out a investigation. As East Lindsey District Council clean the toilets every day why did this not happen in the Huttoft area? Could it be something to do with the fact that Phillip Steven Leivers, who is currently awaiting trial on eight counts of rape, six counts of gross indecency with a child and eight counts of inciting a child to commit an act of gross indecency, was a East Lindsey District Councillor representing Chapel St Leonards until last October?
Why are East Lindsey District Council not pressing charges for criminal damage? Perhaps they know who did it.
