I am reliably informed that the Huttoft Car Terrace height barrier will return within weeks.
I strongly advise Lincolnshire County Council against this as it will be:
- An unlawful restriction to public land.
- A breach of the Equality Act.
- A breach of Disability legislation.
- A breach of Health and Safety legislation.
The following email has been sent to Lincolnshire County Council:
Good Morning Gentleman,
I refer you to http://andystrangewayovernightparkingcampaigner.wordpress.com/2014/09/23/height-barrier-to-return-within-weeks/
As per the post I strongly advise Lincolnshire County Council against erecting the Huttoft Car Terrace height barrier for a fourth time as it will be:
- An unlawful restriction to public land.
- A breach of the Equality Act.
- A breach of Disability legislation.
- A breach of Health and Safety legislation.
Although I strongly advise Lincolnshire County Council against this action I welcome it. If the height barrier is replaced a can of worms will be opened which will be a welcome addition to our campaign.
Please consider this email as due notice given.
Kindest Regards,
Andy Strangeway
