Unlawful ELDC Regulation Boards

Yesterday I took a closer look at the East Lindsey District Council regulation boards. As a result of a complaint by myself these have all recently been changed costing an estimated £5,000.

ELDC2

The regulation board states “Any person who uses any part of a parking place or a moveable dwelling in a parking place for sleeping or cooking shall be liable to prosecution”. Whereas the East Lindsey Off Street Parking Places Order Civil Enforcement 2012 order states “any vehicle” the regulation board is unlawful.

Subject: Unlawful Regulation Boards

Dear Sharon,

Could I please refer you to https://andystrangewayovernightparkingcampaigner.wordpress.com/2014/09/25/unlawful-eldc-regulation-boards/

As per the post as the regulation boards are unlawful could I please register a complaint with ELDC and request that the boards are corrected at the earliest opportunity?

In addition as the East Lindsey Off Street Parking Places Order Civil Enforcement 2012 order does not permit for changing in Sandilands car park could you please forward me an order or amendment which permits this?

Kindest Regards,

Andy Strangeway
