Subject: Skegness Order – Further Objection
Dear Jacqui,
Could I please refer you to Statement of Reasons which state: The Council has therefore decided …”
I would like to register an objection to the proposed order as I believe the Statement of Reasons is a breach of the consulation process for one of the following reasons:
  1. Either the Council has therefore decided prior to the consulation which is a breach of the consulation process or
  2. The Council has not decided prior to the consulation which is a breach of the consulation process as the Statement of Reasons are not true.
Could I please request that you acknowledge my objection by close of business today?
Kindest Regards,
Andy Strangeway
