Huttoft Car Terrace is of three distinct parts. These can be described as the entrance, north wing and south wing. Until late January there was only one sign and that was in the entrance area. This was clearly inadequate signage as the sign is not easy to see when you are turning into the south wing, going up a sand covered hill and the sun is in your eyes when the sign is in view.
Late January Lincolnshire County Council accepted that there was not adequate signage and erected 8 new signs in the south wing. Unfortunately a month later I am informed that all signs have now disappeared.
As there is, once again, inadequate signage I believe the byelaw to be fundamentally flawed.
How much more tax payers money will LCC waste attempting to prevent law-abiding citizens parking on Huttoft Car Terrace?
